The Team Entry On-line Registration Form is DUE on November 22 by Midnight. If you are qualifying via Regional Competition on the weekend of Nov 27th - 29th, you have been automatically granted an extension and your Registration is DUE on November 30th by 10:00am. Any entries past this due date will risk eligibility to compete. They will also not have team information in the program, will not have team rosters on event merchandise, and will risk coverage in all Event Media.

Before you start this Registration Process You must have the following information ready:

1. Region and and Conference Name and Association Name
2. Team/Squad Name and Division that the team will compete in at the Championships
3. One Head Coaches and Two Asst. Coaches Full Contact Information (including address, phone and email)
4. A Team Picture (on your computer to upload) (in jpg format, a minimum size of 300 dpi)
5. Team Roster: You must (re-type) LIST THE NAMES OF All ATHLETES participating in the event (FULL NAME, JERSEY #)
6. Credit Card or Check Information for payment: (Costs are $300/football team and $300/small or large squad).
