How much does it cost to use the platform?

The cost is $10 per user per year. This fee can be easily included in participant registration, so there's no direct cost to your organization. Best of all, each user pays just once per 12-month period—no matter how many teams or programs they join.

Is there a setup fee?

Great news - there’s no setup fee! As an AYF/AYC member organization, you can get started with zero upfront cost.

Is there a subscription fee?

There is no subscription fee for using the AYF/AYC Management Platform. Instead, the platform operates on a simple per-user pricing model. This structure ensures full access to the platform’s features without any upfront or recurring subscription costs.

How many admins can I have as an organization?

Each organization includes two admin accounts at no cost. If you need more, additional admins can be added for $10 per user per year, just like participant accounts.
